What are some examples of the type of work you do?

We do customized, higher-end remodeling and renovating of bathrooms, kitchens, and basements, as well as of other rooms. Jobs we will tackle include window installation, door replacement, tub replacement, bathroom fan or light installation, flooring/tiling, gutting, hardwood floor installation, closet installation, decks, roofing, light electrical, painting/staining, and general household repairs.

What don’t you do?

We don’t typically take on full-scale additions. Our specialty is in remodels and renovations of existing rooms, not in starting from scratch. We also frequently get requests to come take care of the typical tasks that end up on a "honey do" list. If you only need one or two handyman projects done, we’ll refer you to a handyman who just does repair work. But if you come to us with a big list of “to-do’s”, we’ll be happy to take care of it for you. Call us to find out minimum hour requirements.

Do I really need a bathroom fan?

If you have a window in your bathroom, you can pass code. The problem is, most people don’t open their windows in the winter. As a result, moisture and condensation build up in your bathroom, leading to mold and mildew problems down the line. Having a bathroom fan is far better, as it can remove steam and odors. If your current fan isn’t working properly or if you don’t have one, let us install one for you. You’ll see rapid mold and mildew abatement.

Do you design as well as remodel?

Yes. If you have an idea of what you want to do but don’t have specific plans drawn up, we can work with you to produce the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams.

How quick of a turnaround do you have on projects?

We are able to get to most jobs very quickly. Once we’re on the job, we work rapidly to produce the desired results. A short lead time is required to purchase any necessary materials.

What is the minimum amount of time I can contract with you for?

Call us to find out minimum hour requirements. Although we frequently get requests for handyman projects, if you just need one or two repair projects done, we’ll usually refer you to a handyman who just does that kind of work. But if you come to us with a big list of “to-do’s”, we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.

Yes, we are very good about giving clear estimates and projected timelines before we begin a project.

What qualifications do you have?

We are fully licensed and have extensive background and experience in the home improvement industry.

What guarantees do you give?

We offer a warranty of up to a year on any work we perform. If within that time you notice any manufacturing or installation defect in the work we did for you, let us know and we’ll come take care of it for you.

How much does your remodeling cost?

Do you have any green initiatives?

Yes, we are an eco-friendly company. We install “green” windows and recycle all of our products.

Who will be doing the actual work?

Our expert remodeler Mark Buell does the majority of the custom work, but we also use talented contractors to provide general installation and replacement of products.
